Travelled all the way from the Central Coast as Piano City were the only ones who had what I needed for my daughter. Added bonus was the string section upstairs and managed to very unexpectedly get something for myself with the most exceptional, understanding and dare I say it inspirational service. I have never recieved service like this in my 35 years of visiting and purchasing at music shops. Thank you!

I bought my digital piano from Piano City a few years ago. Awesome customer service!! Today I need advice about squeeky pedals. I rang and a super helpful gentleman answered the phone and we had a lengthy conversation. He patiently answered my many questions. I strongly recommend buying your pianos from this company. We purchased a Yamaha GC1MPE grand from the team. They were very helpful with getting the piano setup in time for school holidays and at the beginning of the lock down period. Was a great relief to have it setup so promptly as the team went above and beyond the expectations for delviery and setup. Our piano cover is still enroute several months later but Elain has been very helpful to keep ontop of this issue.

I would give 6 stars if I could. My wife and I visited Piano City Parramatta last week looking for a Roland LX708 to test out. Elain was very lovely, professional and told us to sleep on the decision before purchasing the piano. We happily purchased it and Elain was very kind and helpful and delivered it up to our home in Newcastle the next day. Talk about personalized service! We love that it is family owned and run, and it shows!

Really happy with the service here! Thought there was a problem with one of my parts missing and called them up and the person on the other end really went out of there way to help. Checked the model of the piano and checked the instruction manual to find how to fix the problem in the quickest and easiest way.

Following a very helpful phone call with the staff, I visited the Parramatta store to look at a digital piano. The team were incredibly helpful in showing me the various options available. Through discussions we worked out that what would suit me better was a Beale stage keyboard. The set up, stand etc was exactly what would suit me and help me get back to playing. It was also much cheaper than what I had intended to spend. I am extremely happy with the care and attention the team gave me and helped me to make the absolute correct purchasing decision. I would highly recommend Piano City - awesome team and thank you!

Bought a piano off them over a year ago now. I found they were extremely helpful, not pushy in the slightest, professional, knowledgeable & if you enquirer, they even offer discounts with bulk purchases. Highly recommend them. I am going back to purchase more items due what I have said above & in doing this, remembered this time to leave a long overdue review.
