We are currently trading as normal.

Parramatta store is open 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, Sunday Closed.

Gold Coast store is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, and Sunday Closed.

Stock Levels

Due to covid 19 musical instruments have become a high demand product world wide, especially pianos. If you are looking to purchase a piano, keyboard or a digital piano, the sooner you purchase or even pre order the better chance you have to get one. We currently have a lot in stock, and it does go quick it’s always great to check in first before you come a purchase or even online purchases. We try our best to keep our website updated with in-stock items, but it does not update instantly. Some of our products are currently not available and we have limited supply coming in, it’s best to place a preorder to secure it for you, we are trying our best to get stock in as fast as we can, although some products can still be a 3 to 6month wait depending on what you are after.

Remember Christmas is around the corner, and it’s not the best idea this year to leave Christmas shopping to the last minute, come in and put a deposit and we can store it for you, or get a pre-order in before it’s too late.

Learn an instrument while in isolating

If we all do get to the point of self isolation, why not use the time to be productive and learn a musical instrument. There are books where you can teach yourself or apps that will teach you how to play and even teachers one on one lessons are now available online via Skype or FaceTime. We are still delivering instruments.

Phone, Chat, email, or Video Call service!

Want to stay home but find out some information on a product or other things like, warranty, repair services, piano tuning. Somethings can easily be handled with our communication services, this in turn will also help stop the spread of viruses, no need to come in to ask if we offer repair service, call first and we can point you in the right direction. Need a product demonstration easy, we’ll video call you. What about just a general question or stock availability, just email or chat online.

Our stores are taking extra care.

At Piano City, we understand customers are very concerned about their health due to the current situation with COVID-19. We are taking extra precautions, with a clean environment for customers and staff safety. Pianos are regularly cleaned and customers must wash their hands or sanitiser before playing Pianos.

If a customer is sick and wishes to come to the store, we prefer that you stay home and consider others in the store, this also applies to our staff. We have options to help with understanding and showing you the products before making a purchase if you are unable to come in, we can call over phone, email communication, facebook messenger, Skype or even FaceTime.

We understand that music instruments is a very hands on environment and have increased our cleaning routines across our stores, pianos wiped down before and after playing.

Our stores are not in a high traffic flow area of people ie like shopping centres, and you will be 1.5m away from staff instore if you insist. There is plenty of room in our showroom to keep distances.

We encourage the use of our website or as a convenient shopping alternative with various delivery options, free deliveries and click and collect options. With our new and better shipping solutions at our products are reaching further areas in Australia than ever before.

Piano and digital piano deliveries. Piano deliveries require piano movers to come into your home and position the piano for you this is still continuing as normal. Digital Pianos are delivered in a flat pack box, if you need the piano assembled we assemble them prior to delivery and bring them into the home. Assembly used to be done in the home but due to COVID-19 this has changed and we assemble prior to delivery.
